Would you like to exchange or return your order? No problem! You can return or exchange your order at your own expense within 14 days of the delivery date.

To return or exchange your order, follow these steps:

1. Send us an email at info@perquaza.nl and specify which items you want to return or exchange.
2. We will send you a return/exchange form. Fill it out clearly and place it in the box.
3. Send the package back to us using a shipping company of your choice and request a proof of shipment.
4. After the return/exchange shipment arrives, it will be processed within 10 working days.
